He is the founder of Lead with E3, where he teaches and coaches educators to apply the Evidence-Empowered Educator Method (E3) — a system built on research use, data analysis, and continuous improvement - and nonprofiteval.com, where he supports small to medium sized nonprofits with quality strategic planning and program evaluation. Dr. Courtney also serves as Chair of the Education Knowledge Broker Network, a national initiative committed to democratizing evidence use and advancing equity in education.
